Please join us this holiday season in gearing up for new trail builds!

The heavy-lifting work in 2020 with Plumas and Tahoe National Forest managers, and local community leaders, to gain approvals for singletrack routes means it’s time to fundraise monies for 2021 building of new trails in the Mt. Hough and Beckworth Peak areas. We’d be honored to include you in the leadership supporters group to get shovel-ready projects underway. Year-end contributions matching is a powerful thing – does your company have a match program? SBTS is a registered 501c-3 organization and will provide a qualifying donation receipt for tax returns purposes.  Thank you! This mission is carried out through our local full-time professional trail crew, who are funded by combination of grants, race event entry fees, $5 Bucks a Foot fundraising, income from our bike shop Yuba Expeditions, through SBTS Membership, and important donations received.

All donations are tax deductible.

As much as this whole thing was about having cool trails to ride, it’s really become about economics – a sustainable green economy built on multiple-use recreation. It’s become about a lot more than just a bunch of dudes with axes and shovels.
