Join the 2nd Annual SBTS Women’s Ride Weekend!

QUINCY—The Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship x Yuba Expeditions Women’s Ride Weekend is coming back, after last year’s successful debut in Downieville. This year, the ride will be on Mt. Hough, for a weekend of riding and sessioning with a couple legendary ladies as guides: Katerina Nash and Brianne Spiersch. The group will spend two days shuttling Mt. Hough, riding the classics, along with exploring the newer builds, like the deep berms and rock rolls of Upper Tollgate and the fast flow of Taylor Creek. The first day ends by dropping down the backside of Hough into Taylorsville on the new QTC singletrack to experience the Connected Communities vision firsthand by rolling directly from Quincy into the charming town of Taylorsville, to camp (although other non-camping lodging is also available at the new Crescent Hotel) for the evening. Then it’s back up for more singletrack on Sunday! Intermediate riding-level suggested, as most of the Hough trails are blue. The $300 registration costs includes all shuttles on Saturday and Sunday, camping in Taylorsville Friday and Saturday nights, fully guided riding in a fun, low-pressure environment, and bonus new community and connections with fellow ladies shredders!
