5 Bucks a Foot Moto Raised $42,231 for Trails

We have a winner!! Congratulations to Jay Vice, the randomly selected winner of the 5 Bucks a Foot “Twist The Throttle For Trails” fundraiser. Jay lives in Nevada City and rides with the Nevada County Woods Riders, a moto club whose members dedicate dozens and dozens of volunteer hours to SBTS every year. The day Jay donated, he had just returned from a big day on the trails and immediately felt inspired to give back.

“I rode Downieville, had a great 68-mile day, came home and donated to the $5 Bucks a Foot because all the hard work they had put into these trails was the reason my day was awesome! Everyone should think about donating. It really does go to a great cause. More Trails for Motos= More Trails for Everyone.”

Thanks for your support Jay, and congratulations! Jay won the customized Husqvarna 350FEs dual-sport bike, upgraded by Motorcycle Performance Center/mpcktm.com with Factory parts, an  Acerbis 12-liter fuel tank, No Toil Air Filters and filter kit, Custom Guts Racing graphics and a Dual Sport Complete seat (the very first one off the production line, no less), as well as a full set of Leatt Protectives riding gear, Giant Loop bags and a USWE Moto Sports hydration pack.

Thank you to ALL our partners who supported this campaign, and to everyone who donated—together we raised $42,211 for shared-use trail development in the Lost Sierra!
